Overall impression of this property is that the manager is very good at renting houses! This property was so well stocked, little things that make it easy to come into town and crash here for a while. Very thoughtful touches, comfortable beds, and easy access to manager make it one of my top places to stay again in Tulsa. Plenty of towels, trash bags, dishwashing tabs, etc- I don't mind paying a cleaning fee here because it was worth the money! Especially when other rentals leave you only one roll of toilet tissue, or one trash bag, but yet they want you to run the dishwasher, take out the trash, etc., you end up buying this stuff. This property goes over and beyond providing small comforts, which was much appreciated. This house does back up to HWY 169, but the barrier wall makes it pretty quiet. No problem with parking and we used the garage for one of our cars. Internet worked great. Braums across the street from neighborhood, great little restaurants around (YELP), donuts that are amazing down the street, Reasors grocery store just a mile up on 41st. Wasn't too far from Expo, about 4-5 miles, but hopping on HWY 169 you can get anywhere in Tulsa.
